Father Wound Group Session – What the Cards Revealed
Reading by Khulood
Before our upcoming group session, I did a tarot reading to tune into the collective energy. You don’t need to know anything about tarot or family constellation—just trust what resonates.
Each card reflected something real that many of us carry deep inside. These are wounds tied to our fathers or father figures—how they showed up, or didn’t, and how that still affects us today. But the reading also showed the potential for real healing—not just for us, but for our families and future generations.
Let me walk you through what came through:
If this touched something in you, then you are meant to be in this session. You don’t have to understand everything—just come as you are. Let’s heal together, gently and powerfully, in the presence of soul.

Right now, you may feel like something important is missing in your life—like a gap that’s hard to explain. This shows that your relationship with your father, or his absence, may still be affecting you emotionally, financially, or spiritually. It could show up in your self-worth, your relationships, or even your ability to trust life.
-
There’s an imbalance in how you give and receive. Maybe you feel like you always have to prove yourself or earn love. Or maybe it’s hard to accept help without feeling guilty. This is something many of us learned early on. In the session, we’ll explore how to open up to love without conditions.
-
At the very bottom of this pain is exhaustion. You’ve been holding this inside for so long—maybe without realizing it. You kept going, stayed strong, and did your best. But you’re allowed to rest now. In the group space, you won’t have to carry this alone anymore.
-
Deep down, you’re seeking balance. Maybe it’s peace with your father, maybe it’s peace within yourself. You might be wondering, “Do I still carry his story? Or is it time to live mine?” We’ll explore the balance between your inner masculine and feminine—and how to find your own truth.
-
Looking back, there may have been conflict, coldness, or distance with your father. Maybe he was emotionally unavailable or harsh. This taught you to stay guarded, to think fast, to survive. But it also taught you not to feel too much. In the session, we’ll start to soften that armor.
-
You may not fully realize just how much this has shaped your life. It’s impacted your decisions, your relationships, and your sense of safety. Bringing this into awareness is the first step to healing it.
-
YYou’re tired. Wounded. Still standing—but barely. You’ve built walls to protect yourself. That’s okay. It kept you safe. But now, your body and soul are asking: “Can I let go of the fight?” In the group, we’ll gently start to say yes.
-
Healing is not only possible—it’s already starting. This card shows a journey from pain toward peace. And the beautiful part? You’re not just healing yourself. This work touches your whole family system, including your children and those who came before you.
-
This isn’t just a personal wound—it’s a karmic one. It may go back generations. This session can help you break old cycles and free yourself from what was never yours to carry. It’s a deep soul awakening.
-
Let go of trying to please. Let go of hoping they’ll change. It’s okay to grieve what you didn’t receive—and then choose yourself. The advice is simple but powerful: walk away from what no longer nourishes you, and walk toward peace.
-
This is where you're headed: emotional maturity, inner peace, and deep self-trust. You’ll become the version of yourself that holds space with calmness and love. The parent you didn’t have, the guide you needed—you will become that for yourself and maybe even for others.
